Why Work With Me

Luxury is a level of service, not a price point.

My background in wealth management and property development shapes how I work. I treat a home as a significant asset and weigh long-term value, not simply a place to live: neighborhood specifics, the tax landscape, school boundaries, and resale. As a solo advisor I intentionally limit my client load, so every person gets my full attention, complete confidentiality, and one point of contact who knows every detail of the transaction. It is deep market expertise and community knowledge applied to one client at a time.

01

Personalized Service

A curated search for buyers, custom pricing and marketing for sellers, and hands-on support for investors with 1031 exchanges and multigenerational purchases. No generic templates, no handoffs.

02

Expert Local Insight

I know Lake Oswego, West Linn, Beaverton, and the west side well enough to advise on individual streets, not just zip codes. That depth lets me price a listing accurately and spot the right home for a buyer early.

03

The Value of a Local Expert

Beyond comparable sales, I help you weigh school boundaries, lake easement rights, Clackamas County tax treatment, and how a neighborhood holds or grows in value over time.

For Sellers

Strategic listing for maximum exposure

When I list a home, the objective is maximum market advantage and the strongest net result for you. It starts with accurate, defensible valuation from current Lake Oswego sales data, then high-impact marketing built for your property and rigorous negotiation on your behalf.

My pricing is evidence-based, not speculative. Over the past year, Lake Oswego homes sold at a median of $930,000 and an average of $1,176,241, ranging from $175,000 to $9,450,000. I will also advise which home improvements actually lift your home value before listing, and how to handle multiple offers when they arrive.

For Buyers

Curated access, on and off the market

I run a curated search across on-market and off-market inventory matched to your priorities, then guide you through every stage of the buying process: offer, inspection, and closing. With inventory near 5.7 months, learning about the right home early is a real advantage.

My network often surfaces listings before they reach the open market, including waterfront properties and lake-access homes that transact discreetly. Whether you want to view homes among the area’s luxury estates or compare condos and homes for sale across West Linn, Beaverton, and Tigard, I negotiate hard for the best deal.

THE MARKET

Inside the Lake Oswego real estate market

The Lake Oswego market has stayed competitive into 2026. In the most recent month measured, well-priced homes sold in about two weeks, and inventory near 5.7 months keeps quality listings in demand.

Neighborhoods

Luxury Lake Oswego Homes, Neighborhood by Neighborhood

No two Lake Oswego neighborhoods are alike, and understanding the differences is key to a good decision. I help clients compare them on what genuinely matters: school assignment, lake rights, commute, community character, and long-term value, so you find a home that fits how you want to live and holds up as an investment. My local market knowledge spans Lake Oswego and the surrounding areas of the greater Portland area.

Recognition

Earned media, honest counsel

My commentary on the housing market has been featured in national outlets like CNBC, Newsweek, MarketWatch, and Mansion Global. This level of recognition reflects the deep, data-driven analysis I bring to my local clients as a real estate broker with Realty First in Lake Oswego. That reach extends directly to my local marketing strategies, allowing me to position my clients’ properties to be showcased as investment case studies in national publications like Morning Brew’s The Playbook. Whether navigating a complex transaction locally or analyzing broader shifts, my approach relies on thorough preparation and straightforward, defensible data. As a top-producing broker, much of my business comes from repeat clients and referrals, with a track record of reinvesting directly back into the community I serve.

A LOCAL RESOURCE

A Lake Oswego real estate resource for buyers and sellers

Choosing the right estate agent in Lake Oswego is the biggest decision in any move. I built my practice around the full range of real estate needs for buyers and sellers across the west side, pairing deep local knowledge with the patience to guide clients toward whatever they want to accomplish. Whether you plan to buy or sell this month or next year, the conversation starts the same way: what matters most to you?

Selling real estate in Lake Oswego

When the goal is to sell your home, selling real estate well comes down to preparation. I have spent years selling homes across Lake Oswego’s most established streets, and that selling experience shows in every listing: a defensible valuation, design-led marketing, and the negotiating skills to protect your net result once offers arrive.

The home buying side

Every homebuyer deserves an advocate who knows where to look, because buying or selling a home should never feel like guesswork. I help clients find the best fit among homes in Lake Oswego, from waterfront properties and lake-access estates to townhomes and condos, and I often surface options before they reach the open market.

Local expertise that shows

An advisor who truly knows the local market reads a street, a school boundary, and a lake easement the way other Oregon real estate professionals read a spreadsheet. That local expertise and market knowledge are why clients regard me as one of Lake Oswego’s most dependable, top-performing advisors.

Unlike a large real estate group that hands you off mid-transaction, I stay with you through the entire real estate transaction, a standing real estate resource for buying and selling alike. Whether your home buying or selling journey is just beginning or already underway, my experience across Lake Oswego real estate is here when you need it.

Questions

Working with a Lake Oswego real estate agent

How do real estate agent fees work?

In Oregon, real estate commissions are fully negotiable and not set by law. Following the 2024 NAR settlement, sellers and buyers negotiate and sign agreements with their own agents separately, and buyer-agent compensation is no longer displayed on the MLS. Sellers may still choose to contribute toward a buyer’s agent, but it is no longer required. Because every transaction differs, I prefer to walk through exactly how representation and fees would work for your situation in a no-obligation consultation rather than quote a single figure.

From our first conversation to closing, you work directly with me. For buyers, that means the property search, offers, inspection, and closing. For sellers, it means pricing, preparation, strategic marketing, negotiation, and closing. One point of contact, every step.

Bring your goals and timeline. If you are selling, any details about your property help. If you are buying, a sense of your preferred neighborhoods, must-haves, and budget lets us move quickly. I handle the rest.

Discretion is part of the service. I regularly handle private, off-market, and investment-minded representation. I especially enjoy dealing in waterfront and lake-access homes, for clients who value confidentiality as much as outcome.
