  • Session recordings: On some pages I use Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors use the page, through heatmaps and recordings of clicks, taps, scrolling and mouse movement. Anything typed into forms is hidden and not recorded. Clarity sets cookies (named _clck and _clsk), and Microsoft may set its own. Recordings are kept for up to 30 days. You can read Microsoft’s privacy statement at privacy.microsoft.com, and you can block these cookies in your browser.

  • Opt-Out: You can set your browser to refuse cookies, though some features of the site (like saved searches) may not function correctly.

Embedded content from other websites (like YouTube or IDX providers) behaves exactly as if the visitor has visited the other website directly.
