Erik showed me as many houses as I wanted until I found the right one. He seemed confident that it would work out, and it did. Most impressive of all to me was that he has stayed in touch after the sale was complete. He seems like a genuinely great guy and he was an awesome realtor to work with.

We first met Erik at an open house long before we were ready to make a move, and even then he treated us with patience, kindness, and genuine respect. When the time came to sell our home, he was the first person we thought of because we wanted our buyer to be treated with the same care he had shown us. He is honest, dependable and a true gentleman. I cannot recommend him highly enough.

We visited Portland from Nebraska with the idea of possibly relocating and had the chance to work with Erik Leland during our visit. Erik showed us several properties that were exactly to our taste. Although we decided not to move at this time and didn’t go through the entire process, we were very pleased with Erik. If our plans change, he’ll definitely be our first call. Highly recommend him to anyone considering a move to the Portland area!
